Thank you for this tutorial. It was very easy to understand. . . but I am stuck at "selection from path" because I cannot make my paths dialog show the paths, or visible icons for the paths. . . I just have a rectangle that has "design", "edit", and "move" as options. . .

Great job GeekyArtist... nice teaching job.... just could not figure how this feature could be used. Out of maybe 25 tries...only had one "tiny" success. Now have a much better sense of how text to path works. Thank YOU!

I cannot figure out why my text is way off center to my path. Also my text keeps overlapping and it is not to big for my path???

@ablogTV try editing your text using the Text tool to suit the path
