U r right, mate. I have been just around the corner, in Exmouth and we stuck there for three days after flooding. But had a good girl on the side ;-)

I just got the tail end of it coming up in my truck. The rain was horizontal coming up to the Newman-Hedland turn off.
One side of the truck was filthy, the other side like it came straight out a truck wash.
You wouldn't want to be in a little car.

cyclone glenda accually crossed at Onslow which is aproximatly 300km south of Karratha. I know this because i live in Onslow and experianced the full brunt of a dirrect hit by Glenda (cat 4). This is only a gale as it passed by. Check out my vids i have 2 cyclone movies.
