  • that looked fun

  • this guy is in norway ^^ better get some ricola and yoodle on the mountain top before you think you can step too BIN WA buster douglas!

  • warehouse jacks in the house....

  • plus I have never heard one negative thing come out of there mouths about anyone else..

    they just like to dance!

Warehouse jacks is a group that loves dance and we hang out all the time its a family thing...don't hate cause we danced at parties!

  • alot of them got into house cause of the dance style becoming which is a good thing cause its giving house music a image it so badly needs to stay alive...

wow why can't we just stop talking and just enjoy house music the way you like it and let others enjoy house music the way they want too.

I see all of them at many parties I play at some have made it to 200 spadina. ...maybe the promotion is not reaching them.

  • well im awake now!

see here is the thing...the dancers in this video not all from toronto...and the ones that are do come out to house events...just because the dance has changed and things don't look and feel the way they used too...does not mean we have to hate...and I listen to kanye west tooo!

  • Dale has done a LOT to save the scene. Or at least the deep house scene. If you ask me, it was all but DEAD after Roxy Blu closed... and was close to dead long before that. The fact that they are bringing the music to others and ENJOYING themselves is enough for me. Criticizing them is pointless, like the music snobs who go out to all the parties and just stand around the walls making fun of people dancing.

  • dude... I love a hearty debate, but this isn't fun for me. I've been to and played 200 Spadina. I know the guys well. As much as I like Dan et al, it's hardly the "realest" house thing going on. It's just one of many house music things, depednig on your taste. But this judgemental shit directed at people HAVING FUN is what's left this scene in lounges on College and in dirty old warehouses with elitist head-bobbers. Be a part of the solution, not the problem.

  • Forget about the entertainment district. Nothing of any true quality exists there, and fully all of the quality parties, after hours or otherwise, are almost always on the district's periphery or well outside it.

Since you're in Toronto, attend the Back 2 The Underground party at 200 Spadina this Saturday (afterhours), if you didn't know about it already. Among the best quality party in the city.

  • No, the reason I originally responded to this clip is, for starters, to correct or at least address the perception that the Warehouse Jacks contribute anything substantial to the Toronto underground save for the occasional high-profile performance at places like Reverb.

Despite that, I know a mere one of their members who is a major contributor in multiple ways -- DJ, dancer and promoter. The rest I virtually never see at any party at anytime other than at events that showcase them.
