The immortal beings are the stage 2-5 bosses of the game Mystical Chain, a fangame of the Touhou Project created by team Lion Heart. The games features witches that are tired of tea parties and decided to take on their hand to wreck havoc around paradise. Is an action/platform/pseudo fighting game based on the Touhou Project, a series of danmaku shooters/fighting games crated by ZUN so many genres

Last time we saw our girls they were in the Sanzu planes (I don't care if the Sanzu River isn't in a plane according to mythology, is my imagination about a fictional river, damnit DX). After they defeated the ferryman and her boss, they decided to take a road trip towards Eientei. After fighting their way through thousands of FOEs and Tewi's wannabes, they ended up in the middle of a battle between the two bitter rivals and/or lovers, Kaguya and Mokou.

This fight is peculiar in that they are minding their own business and you decide to stick your head and beat them to a pulp. The fight isn't two vs two, is one vs one with a third party unconditionally beating both previous parties. I guess Marisa went "Lets beat them" and Patchy just thought "Why?"
The fight itself isn't hard, especially since they aren't aiming at you, you just happened to be in the middle of the attack. So, simply beat them when either of them leaves their guard down. Is not difficult, ze ^_^

The game, as you can see, has a very heavy focus on teamwork and comboing, especially by comboing through teamwork. You can choose two out of three characters: Marisa Kirisame, Patchouli Knowledge, and, last but not least (unfortunately), Alice Margatroid (Stay away from Marisa DX). I'm so getting flamed for my favoritism =/

Each witch has different characteristics:
Marisa:
-Great ranged attack (Narrow/Compact Spark)
- Very good Special Spell (Master/Final Spark)
- Fastest
- Pretty decent comboing ability

Patchouli:
- Great arsenal of ranged attack
- Great and Unique Special Spell (Silent Selene)
- Pretty great combo follower (Light rain attack)
- Probably best combo starter of the three. But that's because she lacks combo following capabilities without the light rain.
-Strong attacks

Alice:
-Eh unique Special spell?
-EXCELLENT TO THE POINT OF BROKEN comboer (Doll grab)
-Great attack to deal with a lot of enemies.
-Good melee range.

Hehe, Alice have less :)

I did nor Realise Kaguya's attacks to Mokou actually lowers the lifebar for you

AHH i REALLY want to play this game D: but the one i downloaded from touhou wiki fails and once openned up its just this dark red screen with margins D: does anyone know a fix or another download source that works?
