I dont think you should be able to vlog while ur actually at work but that you should be able to talk about work without actually giving details of peoples names or the company name or whatever. It seems a very sensible idea to ask your employer!

I'm a photographer. I risk everyday that people steal my photos off the web without asking me permission to use them. That's the risk. One of my music portraits ended up on an album cover. I didn't get paid nor did I receive photo credit. Stinks. Ive had to turn to other means just to get by since that happens to me everyday. Hang in there.
