John Adams, Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, FDR/Truman, Kennedy/Johnson all did things considered to be serious violation of liberties yet Bush does it and people act like no one has done it before.

FDR was the worst on civil liberties during wartime. I mean, I don't think you can get much worse than concentration camps for minorities (Japanese). Bush is second with his ridiculous Patriot Act.
-
Simon Jenkins has nothing special to add.

Karl Rove and Bill Krystal won this debate, wow and you need to stop sucking donkey dicks! Anyone with an IQ above a slug can easily say Bush and shit blossom were the worst assholes EVER!

"Regan and George Bush Sr. weren't stupid enough to do"
You spelled REAGAN wrong ... so that makes you stupid now doesn't it?

My apologies my foreign friend.
Let's take an economist's view of things: Before Bush had control of our national treasury, the total budget surplus over first 10 years of this century was projected to be $4.56 trillion by the Congressional Budget Office. Bush's tax and spend policy has utterly devasted our treasury. Trying to fund an unjustified war while doling out ludicrous tax cuts which only benefit the rich is something even Ronald Regan and George Bush Sr. weren't stupid enough to do
Karl Rove and Bill Krystal won this debate effortlessly, inspite of a hostile audience and biased moderator. At the end of this round, Jenkins, unarmed with facts or logic, clumsily blurts out that "people are disappearing", to which Rove accurately replies: "this is approaching lunacy". Check mate.
