What's the appeal / purpose of this?

@Directorbbz It's an exhilarating, often ritualistic experience. If you're familiar with the sort of "high" you get from being pierced, it's very similar, but exponentially more intense. This particular suspension had the extra benefit of being a unique, intimate gift from my then-fiancee (now-husband).

Also, I love hanging upside-down. :)
