I agree with Cenk. He lost me with the chopped him up and fed him to the wolves. That's too calculated. Like Cenk said, heat of the moment killing, then I am more understanding to that. The kid is sick and needs help. He also needed to be punished. Minimum of 7 years in prison.

@king78802 yeah but a lot of the peope who do this kind of thing tend to have mental disorders and the victim would be unlikely to know and wouldnt take it in to account. i mean the reason we have courts and stuff is so all the factors can be gathered and an objective unemotional judgement can be made. despite that i do think the court systems need to be reformed although i know very little about the court systems

@buffaloface1 well than again the entire case is judge by people who could've have been raped or sexually assaulted which could interfere with them looking at the case objectively i kinda agree with @PumpkinIceCream because no legal system is perfect there is a chance the perpetrator could get off by a technicality or misplacing of evidence at least when the victim does most of the time its the right person and taxpayers do not have to pay the public defender fee or the court fees
