hey .. please help me, i was typing and the ( ' ) key popped out... i followed all the instructions but the white plastic mec that the black key goes on to does not 'bounces' once i grab the white plastic to the metals in place, the hole white thing stays down and does not bounces like your in 5:09 !!!! help me pls the mbp has 3 months use i think !

It's easy I just did it from the video with a nail file lol just be nice. The plastic is hard so don't be afraid but be nice lol

@alumrock12 i did it, it actually has two chicklets, and they don't have the same orientation, you have to remove the first by the right and the other by left side of the key :) thanks! i dropped some coffe on my keyboard and i needed to clean it!

Does the F and J key have the same mechanism as the other buttons? Because I want to remap them to another layout: Dvorak, and previous keyboards forced me to use stickers.

@riyyi2 Yeah, you can interchange the F and J keys for each other... if that's what you meant--so you don't have to resticker them if you intend on remapping them on your computer.

@paco050166 5:43, I haven't actually done it, but I'd imagine it being the same mechanism as the left shift key removal as shown.
