Courageous veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will be on Capitol Hill the week of May 11th. They will urge Congress not to approve a $94.2 billion supplemental wartime spending bill until policymakers answer all the critical questions regarding the war in Afghanistan. While innocent Afghan civilians are dying from US air strikes, we cannot allow Congress to sign a massive blank check for more military operations until these questions are addressed.
