I seen this on cops. He said he had the cat by the back. Well there you go. Cats don't like picked up by back or scruff of neck. I can't stop laughing it is whining like he was attacked by a bengal tiger.

Animals aren't usually smart enough to know when people are trying to save them from disaster. They react out of fear when their lives are at stake in a situation such as this.
