Bro it's a tough call. I'm 5'10 and ride a 250 but it still man handles me every once i'n awhile. A 250 will definitely last you until you 16 or 17 or 30 if you want but a 125 I's small. I'd go with the 250. It will make you a better rider learning on a big bike but go easy. A 250 I's pretty big. There's not really anything between a 125 and 250 other then a crf 150 but those bikes motors take some heavy trips to the shop so if you have money you can go with a crf 150 or ktm. Ktm makes a ton of
