Baku the 1 year old Pitbull celebrating his Birthday. 7-20-2010

Baku turned 1 year old today, so we gave him a little party. I'm not really sure what else you can give a dog as a celebration except for food, so my wife made him something special.

It was lamb meat, cut into little chunks mixed with white rice, green peas & some grated cheese. He LOVED it!

After dinner was over, he had some Peanut butter doggy Ice Cream.

@Mslittlejoeyy Cute, but you are 100% wrong. Baku is not an American Bully. They have entirely different heads. He is an American Pitbull Terrier of the Gotti blood line. It's the Gotti that makes him as wide as he is. They're a much thicker breed of pitbull.  And he's a pure bread, for what it's worth.

Hey very nice Pitbull, is he neutered/fixed? and what do you normally feed him? I got a pitbull that is four months old and somewhat on the skinny side even though he gets enough to eat.

@dreamerguy91 He was neutered at 15 months. I was waiting until he was 1 year old to get it done, and I found a place in New York City called Operation PITT that does neutering/vaccines/microchips on pitbulls for free, so I jumped at the chance. If I didn't want to get him neutered, they also offered vasectomies. IE - Your dog would still be intact, but could not impregnate another dog.

Their schedule is full, so it took 2 months from when I made the appointment.

As for food, Blue Buffalo.

Lol when you pan in on the pup at the beginning I was like damn hes a big boy lol. I saw the other vid of him @ 3 months and knew hes was gonna be big.

@Xarpolis My dog looks like him but with a slimmer face and cropped ears, though I didn't crop the ears, I got him from a shelter. The cropped ears to me make it that much better when I tell people to pet him and see how nice he is, then I made a dent in many people's hatred for the "mean" look.

He's so cute it makes me want to squeal. His face is funny, but yeah he's definitely a pit bull. He's on the strong side, but not like bullys. They are ugly and so fat they can't do anything a pit can. Lay off of Baku, people. He's adorable and your hatred for the bully breed, while not unlike mine, is clouding your judgement. His head is big, but come on, look at 4:30 and see he's lean like a pit should be. He's not wide and muscle-bound like bully's. Get over yourselves.

@Xarpolis i have the purest pitbull terrier line (COLBY) and hes 6 month old and he's 61 lbs
