I am thinking about getting that same very plan. Straight talk seems to be a great deal. I really enjoy the savings that straight talk offers as well, although it does seem to good to be true. Straight talk might just be for me.

I’m usually pretty skeptical about low cost services I’d rather pay the extra money and make sure what I have is reliable but I decided to give straight talk a try after my co worker told me about it like 5 times. There’s no contract so I figured its not too much of a risk. Its been about 4 months and the service has been better than what I expected. Glad to be saving some good money.

@Edkamal14 No, you can't. The internet doesn't move as fast as I want it to but I just switched from iPhone and I'm really impressed at what it can do for less than half of the cost. Do you have the E71? Using that is like printing money, it's very powerful yet a fraction of the cost of BB or iPhone.

Its crazy how contract phones are so expensive these days. I opted for a Straight Talk a while back and I have been very satisfied with the service. You really cant beat the price :-)

Hey peaceisnotadirtyword, I agree that Straight Talk'S $45 unlimited everything plan can keep you closer to your boyfriend and family no matter where they are in the US. It can save a relationship and keep friendships alive that have started on holidays far away from home. I wouldn't have such a super social life if it wasn't for my Straight Talk Unlimited everything plan. Regular communication keeps your relationships strong, Straight Talk helps me do that for very little money.

In being in a long distance relationship, I was always going over my cell phone minutes. It made me realize that I needed to find another alternative which was straight talk. I was impressed by there plans and was able to get the unlimited plan for half of what I paid for before. I feel straight talk has made my relationship stronger with my boyfriend as I can always be on the phone without using my minutes as an excuse anymore.

@BettyOffwhite Yeah tell me about it, Walmart is the worst part of this whole equation. Had my e71 for about three weeks now and the service is really, really good for what it costs. The internet is slower than 3G but that's what I figured would happen I guess with the diff. in price. reliable as hell.

@@tmartzen512 I am NOT a fan of WMart but I do like Straight Talk. I try to transacat all my biz with them online and have only gone into the store ONCE to purchase airtime and that was it. You can do alot on the Straight Talk website and that's fine with me!

you have gott be crazy not to think about pre paid these days - no contract, no surprise bills at the end of each month, no overage charges or other hidden costs. with straight talk it is literally $45 a month and that's that that no strings attached..

Straight Talk is not a service for loosers and bums. It is a high quality, low cost service that now has good quality smartphones as well. It is the smart choice for anyone with financial discipline. People who need the latest and don't care what they pay will not be Straight Talk customers, they will be AT@T and Verizon's lawful prey.
