This is a video done for a friend that was taken from this life too early. I hope that her family can find comfort in knowing that Denita really touched lives. It really is hard to say goodbye!

Let's remember her memory by speaking positivity. Justice has been served. I like 2 just remember my friend with good things! I understand the frustration but she was a kind person that really showed forth sunshine all the time. So please do that with me! I haven't watch the "Snapped" episode. I was asked 2 comment on it, but couldn't bring myself 2 do it. This is what I wanted 2 do 2 remember her and thankfully the world knows her story and we can see she was loved, wronged, and will be missed.

Just saw her story on the show "Snapped", it was so sad, she didn't even know that girl existed! I wanted to see if there was any info on her and found your tribute. You can tell she was a beautiful person inside and out and what a pretty smile! She looked like a genuinely sweet young woman and from the show you could tell she had a bright future ahead of her. What her mother said to that girl at the end of the trial made me cry, her family will be in my prayers tonight.

Denita was a pretty young lady. I hope Shannon Rot In hell because she did not have no damn right to kill this girl over no damn nigga that didn't even want her at all in the first place. My Prayers goes out to her parents, Her Family and Her friend's

I just want to know what was going through Shannon's head when she killed Denita. Was she thinking now I'm taking out the compitition or how will this effect my kids. Well now Denita doesn't have "your" but now you don't have your kids and Mr and Mrs. Smith don't have their daughter. AKA don't have a soror and this world is short an angle. Denita was such a wonderful person and instead of killing her, you should have been like her and maybe she still be around and you a better mother.

I've seen the Snapped episode featuring Denita's unfortunate death a few times I had to look up more information! Now that everything has been said and done, I hope she can be remembered for her legacy and spirit. May my sweet soror rest in peace!

two kids that needed and depended on her. To not know this young lady and do something this calleous makes you very angry. I am the mother of two young adults my oldest daughter is 20 and my other daughter is 19 and I could not fathom anything happening to them like this. No family is prepared to go through anything this tragic and wonder at anytime does it get just a little bit easier. I wish the family love, peace and blessing through this very difficutl and sad moment in your lives.

I as many have just saw this story on Snapped. It absolutely broke my heart into pieces. You find yourself wanting to know more of the person who lost their lives to something as tragic as this. She seemed to have been a remarkable young lady a child that every parent dream for when it comes to their children. For her life to taken away over a man is senseless. She seemed like a good person.  I can't understand the mentality to commit such a act against a woman you don't even know. I mean, why be angry at her? She didn't do anything... She truly was an innocent. I am sorry for your loss.
