as soon as the serpent looks at the bell wait till lara puts her guns away then grapple and pull as fast as you can thats how i got past that part

Do this: make sure your guns are in your pocket before you grapple. And I went back off the bridge and then went again for the second bell across the bridge.

woo did it i couldnt put away my guns fast enough, but i just crouch so they get put away
