@normmccabe Personally I prefer your style of teaching to Shawn's and think the info in this video is excellent. Sure Shawn's videos are more polished, but the guy is extremely self loving and annoying (number one teacher on the net, need I say more). keep up the good work, I enjoy your videos and they help. Shawn's excessive hip opening and Bubba Watson style swing is a bit worrying too!

@normmccabe I appreciate that. It's incredibly honorable of you.

@RingerDaMan Ok, I take it back. I've seen some of your other videos. It's unfortunate that this was the first video of yours that I've seen.

@RingerDaMan It's called professionalism. I and others are more likely to believe what Shawn is saying because of the professionalism in his videos. Your video looks like the Golf Equivalent of "Grady Wilson burnin up the bedsheets". watch?v=klZ1IN-IhV8

@NikeGolf118 I don't particularly like Shawns version of the hip turn but I do think the tush line is something that helps maintain a steady axis to swing around.

@normmccabe What does the background of the video have to do with the information contained in the video?

@NikeGolf118 yeah, and Shawn films at a beautiful golf course in Richmond Hill Ontario, not his living room, lol.

@RingerDaMan Youtube "Golf Pro Lesson Hogan power Move" and "Golf pro lesson hogan power drill." Shawn Clement gives astonishing light on this, if you come off your tush line your head will drop right out of the sky. This is what tiger does when he swings bad.

Excellent explanation to take ones swing thoughts off of the rt shoulder on forward motion and put the thought on rt hip bump to start forward swing. I believe the biggest problem of hdc golfers is improper rt shoulder actions causing slices and or hard pulls Thanks

I can understand how you might think that but there are two things I would like to point out.
First, if your left hip is coming off the tush line then you aren't truely rotating around it on the forward swing. The idea is to rotate around the right hip on the backswing and around the left hip on the front swing.
Second, I still have not seen conclusive proof that the "tush line" is a truly important component to achive a good golf swing.
