Hey there, i have a very small bit of belly fat left, should i start using these exercises to flatten my stomach or try an completely lose the little bit of fat an then start these exercises? what do you recommend?

You can definitely start these exercises now. They will help burn calories and make your abdominal muscles stronger and more prominent so that when you lose that last bit of belly fat, your abs will look great.

Aerobics are great - it's essential for a healthy heart and burning fat that covers up muscle tone.

I recommend shorter bursts of intense training (circuit or Tabata training), about 20-45 minutes, 5 days per week. This burns fat more effectively and is not as stressful on the body as endurance training. Check out BodyRock (dot) tv for some great free circuit training workouts.

I've heard many other trainers say that "abs are made in the kitchen" — so make sure your food is fresh, whole, unprocessed, and try to avoid wheat, as it has been linked to bloating of the abdomen (among many other problems). Also check to see if your pelvis is tilted. Some people's stomachs stick out too far because their pelvis is tilted too far down, so try tucking your tailbone under and standing tall to see if that makes any improvement. A chiropractor can help if needed.

Hey Sammy, I'm really glad to hear it! :) Yes, keep us posted. If you want to do any other workouts that will help you tone your abs, then check out BodyRock (dot) tv. She also has a YouTube channel. The workouts are short, intense, and will certainly burn fat, which means your stomach will get flat and toned.

Take care,
Matt
