PURPOSE:
To increase mobility in the front ankle.
SET UP:
Place one foot approximately 12 inches from the wall. Place both hands on the wall.
EXECUTION:
While keeping the weight on the front heel, rock back and forth trying to shoot the front knee as far as possible over the front foot.
CUES:
- Front Heel down
- Shoot the knee forward
COMMON ERRORS:
-Letting the front heel raise off the floor.
-Thinking that you're stretching the back leg.
