Lots of skidmarks and crashes at that corner, but I've always called it the Elbow (as in Bathurst's Forrest Elbow), and Deadman's Corner the one on Redwire Saddle (the steep descent with a sharp left turn halfway down - if you miss the turn, you'll run across a lookout, then launch into space - above a b-i-i-g drop. Luckily, I've only ever run onto the lookout...
