The Springfield Armory XDm Kit comes with a little tool to help load ammo nto the magazines. It compresses the spring so you can easily add rounds to the magazine. The big help is that it saves your thumb from cramping up after repeated reloading of the magazine. I like it. It took me awhile to figure this out since I was born on a Turnip truck.

Annoying R2D2 in the background.

  • the mag loader is not meant to go on the rail of ur gun fool, it fits on the holster the gun came with. you can store other accessories on the holster too

  • @drgroove101 I owe you a beer. I never even noticed that the holster can hold these accessory. I never took the holster out of the case until I saw your comment. Sorry for being a total idiot on this.

  • You should put r2d2 in the back ground so we can see it.

  • @helmineron I was going to. You can see him in his Tactical R2 Beer video on my channel.

  • dude your R2D2 needs to go into the dumpster. That thing is so annoying.

  • @pumpfire59 The R2 unit can be annoying at times. The kids love it.

  • I've never used one but it looks like your still using it wrong. Put a round directly on top of the previous round and push it down with loader. You don't have to hold the spring down and push the round back this and that. Load a round raise the loader far enough to hold the next round all the way back and above the loaded round and push that one in. Then raise the loader for the next one, you don't have to hold the spring down and push the round back it should be all the way back while loading.

  • hey R2 lol R2 sound like it was beeping F U

  • dude.....you act so like you never operated a single gun before in your life, or even know what a gun is......its people like you who scare me with guns!

  • @drgroove101 you can also put it on the extra mag holster that came with the gun.

  • You CAN actuall use in on the rail- to put your left thumb into it to stab ilize it...informally, of course...makes great follow-up shots.

  • please throw that away. if u need a loader us an upula ya pussy haha

  • or you could just not be a pussy and push them in with your thumb

  • The clip-on has many uses; gun stand, clips on belt, clips on holster, holds one magazine on gun if need be and, last but not least, it uses the weight of the gun (gravity) to push on the spring.

  • I finally figured out how to use this loader thing amid heavy gunfire at the range, AK47 to the left of me, AR15 to the right, and I'm stuck in the middle with you

  • The speed loader goes on the rail is use for the gun stand...
