I'm sure you probably don't want any advice, that you like to do these on your own. But, here's some tips for the race levels, since they really are REALLY annoying: Always stay as close inward as you can to the side of the track where you're about to turn. Try and do a sharp turn at the innermost edge of the turns as close as you can cut it without hitting the wall. And, when you have nitros, use them right in the middle of turns to make up for the slow turning. Helped me quite a bit on these.
