u say copvision? What planet u from? U hav expressed som o da mos backward ignorant BS I've evr heard. Clubs exist everywhere, mos o dem hav same probs. If it were illegal, it wouldn't hav got a license by city idiot.U r obviously a cop 2 belive cop account o what happened. I'm sure u wil or already hav bin racially profiled (dou understand wha da means). U hav wasted to much o good folk time (Black & White) wit ya stupid, azz kissin uncle tom BS.
Any such trial is in the public record. You have a right as a citizen to get a transcript of every word. I haven't seen it done on the internet since the Simpson trial, but somebody somewhere knows how. If you don't trust the media then don't.
Now that the slaying is done, we need to take a look at the laws that allow the cops so much latitude with no repercussion for being wrong and killing someone. And I'd like to get a public examination of the trial and facts of the case. In a situation like this, what we get from the sensationalist media doesn't really tell us what the actual facts of the case were and what the determining factors for the judge were. "the defense witnesses didn't seem credible is WAY to vague from the judge.
I don't doubt that if the cops had called in a couple of marked cars for backup that the whole thing would not have ended violently. I seriously question the cops training. Why would they not seek cover and try to get the guys to leave the car and get on the ground to be searched and a vehicle search (who approaches a car with suspected armed and dangerous men inside??). If they had had guns the situation could have been even worse, it was a recipe for disaster.
I'm a reasonable man and I fully expect a cop to identify himself first. That's really the nut of the case right there. So many are outraged by the number of bullets and the fact that Bell and his party were unarmed, but the heart of the situation, in my mind is that the cops didn't identify themselves. I've seen cases before where people tried to run down uniformed police when blocked in and were shot in their car and nobody blinked an eye or doubted the cop had cause.
It look bad at first blush -- an 'unarmed' person being shot by police. But I've been saying the whole time that which ever one of Bell's so-called 'friends' who lost his cool and yelled out about going to get a gun -- this whole thing is HIS fault. I'd like to see him take some responsibility.
