P90x - Week 7 Update (Still Pushing Despite Obstacles)

P90x - Week 7 Update. Not much to report, going through some things, so I'm doing the best I can. I'm still eating healthy and losing weight, but not as much as I'd like. Not too concerned about it since it looks like I'm trading more muscle for fat at this point. I'm currently at 205lbs as of today and expect to be under 200 in the next 2 weeks.

Lol, yeah man...slacked for a couple days, then got back on track. Yesterday I pretty much said "F**K it, I'm doing this" and got right back into it. It's funny, cuz once you make the decision and just do it, you start wondering why it took you so long to get back into the swing of things in the first place.

I've worked out late like that before too. I try not to anymore...hate working out and not getting enough rest...5 hours of sleep sucks and screws up your results as well. KPP!!

My motivation was questionable but today was a new day...I came home and did it today. Life comes first always. Youtube is great but life happens and we have to handle and live it.
