http://uni3d.com/ - Holographic technology is just around the corner. Here's a glimpse at what it might bring! From the practical to purely for play, 3D projected imagery will provide for a breadth of new options for daily life.
This was a short VFX piece, animated and simulated in Maya, rendered with Mental Ray and composited with After Effects and Nuke.

@chillwiththatd If only it were that easy... I'm guessing HD is not the common viewing option or at least one comment by now would have noted the approved-in-green fingerprint which pops up after pressing Enter. ;)
