Definitely not a dog's head :p
I've been living in Thailand for 12 years, never came accross that stuff even once.
I think it is grilled pork. They used to have it hanging around, before they slice it into pieces and place it on top of noodle soups.

Haha .. price may have increased recently .. to 80 baht or something? But still, really good! Not sure .. we were walking around and looking at stands when we stumbled across this!
Its definitely some kind of fried rice .. don't have the exact name sorry :(

that looks unreal, and for only 50baht? crazy! going over there in a couple for the first time and i cant wait to try out the food. any idea what it was called?

It was AMAZING .. like seriously, best Thai food I had (the street food is usually always better than restaurant food!) .. think (am pretty sure) it was around 50 baht .. and they gave us a lot! :)

@Mrcheap0 OMG ... you know, I've only just noticed that o.O ... looks worryingly like a dog's head :O I can't remember seeing it .. I'm hoping its something else? Because I can't remember now, but we went there a few times, there were lots of people around, and we looked around quite carefully before we ordered :/

@Mrcheap0 just had a look on my other video, its the same stand but a different perspective .. can't tell what it is tho .. but its making me a bit sick :/

@eMJaaay89 After further inspection of the second video, I've come to the conclusion that it's a pig's head. I find it funny that we are grossed out if it's a dog's head but we are fine with it when it's a pig's head? haha

@Mrcheap0 phew, thanks! LOL because you know, pig is more of a common food animal than a dog, even though both are eaten :P I don't eat either .. and don't plan to do so in the future :D

Btw guys .. there are loads of similar stands around, but not all of them taste the same / as good :( get got lucky I guess!
