@zero09564 He's the father of Morning Musume/Hello! Project. He made them. And he's a big singer outside of the whole Hello! Project thing. All those moans and awkward YEAHs in H!P songs are by Tsunku. HE CAN SING CALMLY WITH HIS MUSUME IF HE WANTS.
