A constant low, rumbling sound was noted during a thunderstorm that fired off from a dryline Tuesday afternoon ...

I post this link below for the edification of "coralynhill" who is unaware of the MIT Opencourseware Physics / Electricity and Magnetism lecture series titled:

8.02 Electricity and Magnetism

http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/physics/8-02-electricity-and-magnetism-spring-2002/

by Prof. Walter Lewin (The Dutchman) at MIT beginning with Lecture 1 here on YouTube:

I have added a link in the description section since you are laboring under a number of misconceptions not the least of which is how how electromagnetism operates, and furthermore, can or can't affect the weather in the troposphere; it should first be understood that HAARP's effects work on a segment of our atmosphere known at as the ionosphere, whereas 'weather' is a meteorological occurrence in the troposphere.

Any good met text should be able to explain the difference.

  • @coralynhill " They sprayed us for a week, a ..."

Since I didn't see a 'sarc' tag I have to take this as serious ... conflating the appearance of contrails with the whacky belief about 'chemtrails' is further self-identification as science-illiterate ... you wrote it, I didn't.

Use a sarc tag next time if you AREN'T serious; there are too many loonies on UTube who are serious about nonsense like chemtrails and insisting HAARP is more than the ionospheric experiment facility it is.

  • @coralynhill " I don't need to watch some MIT idiot libtard ..."

Ahem. The dutchman I refer to is a professor at MIT very proficient and knowledgeable in the field of physics; I sense that you are the one lacking a 'hard science' background since you invoked the usual bogey man of the science illiterate (HAARP).

Your comment and our exchange will stand for day after which all will be removed; I have no tolerance for the 'science illiterates' who inhabit UTube harping on HAARP.

  • Actually I have no fame on You Tube, not interested in gaining any. I worked on the antenna beam for BAE Systems, I have tons of published experiments and documentation ranging from 2011 back to 2002. There is no way to attach it to one of these comments, or I would have. I don't need to watch some MIT idiot libtard to learn anything. I think you are the one lacking in that area. I could care less what you think, and the rest of the brain dead sheeple.

It was just a comment that it's in AZ

  • @coralynhill "We just had the same thing today in ..."

No, afraid not. Too much gets attributed to 'HAARP' as if we were back in the 1500s still blaming witches for everything.

The best thing you could do is review the MIT series on Physics here on YouTube concentrating on the EM (ElectroMagnetic) lectures by the old Dutchman...otherwise you succeed in propagating falsehoods, unbased, non-scientific stories told only to advance your own 'fame' and feeling of self-importance on uTube.

  • We just had the same thing today in Phoenix (7/30/2011). They sprayed us for a week, and finally it rained for about 1/2 hour. It is the govt playing with HAARP.

That's where the lightening comes from and the strange thunder. It's like a train is coming thru the neighborhood. The way you can tell if it's haarp: time the duration between each blast of lightening. When they play with HAARP, there is approx 60 seconds +- 10 sec between each flash. It's logged in the experiments, which I have
