Did this have the primary cats deleted? If so, was there anyway to have these headers work with the primary cats?

Yes John the primary cats were deleted. You can't install the Kleemann headers and utilize the OEM primary cats, but we can add 200 cell High-flows this way you will not get a C.E.L. and remain emission/OBDII compliant. That's what we do for all of the Kleemann header upgrades.
