have you had anny drum lessons ? as i am also going to get some drumming comming my way. i have been interested in it because i played guitar hero world tour, with that plastic drumkit :-P hahaha.

I took lessons as a kid but really learned with a friend of mine and from just listening to the drum track on different records. I have to say (some other drummers might disagree), but if you can play Rock Band or Guitar Hero drums on the higher levels, you can probably play a lot of songs on a real kit.

well, i play some songs on expert level on GH WT, songs like "hotel california", "beat it - michael jackson", "band on the run - wings", "eye of the tiger - survivor", and "living on a prayer - bon jovi" the only thing you don't learn from guitar hero is the opening and closing of your high hat pedall. thats also why i wanted a real drumkit.
