  • Great clip. and youur model-Pau?l- did a great job as well.

  • Thank you very much. I really enjoy your video clips too. Paul did do a great job for me on the FACT II DVD and he is working with me on the FACT 3 DVD too. By the way, you can also watch Paul's first cage fight on my other video clips.

  • Whoa =0 you're a good teacher/instructor. Nice advice, very helpful!

  • I hope it helps. I watched your sparring videos. Your constantly giving your opponent a different look, always level changing, angling, working behind your jab and staying very relaxed. Stay the course...You look great.

  • Hi guys. Thanks for the vid. Boxing is fun but dangerous too. A coach should always be present for safety. Here's a fun, challenging, & very valuable Boxing Drill for rapid skill development. About 65% of a boxers offense is with his lead hand. Most defense is with the(rear hand)right hand. Try sparring like this: Both boxers only use their lead hand (jabs, hooks & uppercuts allowed)to each others head & your power(right)hands only to the body. No rights to the head. Try this for 8 weeks. B-safe

  • GREAT VIDEO it helps me but can u watch my sparrin video i am the guy in the black plz leave any tips for me and tell mwat u think thzx

  • Sure, I'd be happy to. Your looking real good with your hands high, full use of the ring & good composure. Your right to the body is very well balanced so do it more often & follow up with a left hook to his head after. When you finish a combo causing your opponent to shell up, stay there and go to the body before moving away. Check out my Factvideos Channel for more tips. Great Job !

  • I was a natural when it came to the punches, but I've been guilty of over-exaggerated defense on numerous occasions. These techniques will help me be much faster and more fluid in my defense. Thank you, Mr. Vranos. You just saved me from eating a lot of unnecessary punches down the line.

  • a fast boxer would mutilate your face using this technique

  • Exelent form, finally someone who are not big fans of huge movements and power, but correct tequniqe and speed. great work and great video

  • This guy knows what he's talking about. Especially when he talks about staying balanced so that you're in a position to counter. This is exactly what I see Floyd Mayweather doing.

  • Hi George, Nice work, I like most of this just only one critique, This video is title street fight but it is mostly sport boxing/mma appplication. Some, if not most of this type of fighting would not work on the street in an uncontrolled. It's not wrong but just should be titled boxing or sport fighting.

  • Good if ur boxing, but nobody fights like that in a real street fight

  • man this guy know his thing, you can see that he has some expirience in his bagage

  • This is the proper stuff taht works and helps

  • Good stuff. Solid fundamentals.

  • Practical, follows simple priciples of movement, removes unneccesary BS motion that jeapordizes the fighter/dfender. This is stuff after my own heart. Jonathane Kiser, ICC
