That's called audio/video desync. It is a common issue in youtube videos, specially those strongly recompressed by the site engine (ie divx, xvid, mpg - mp4 and mov tend to have less of such issues).
I assume, as a video editor, that a faking effort would take syncing in consideration. Did not happen here. Definitely not fake.

The video and audio are not alligned with each other. It would be hard to fake that low video and audio quality. This guy is definately not fake.
