hyperglo78 you have every right to show concern, lets just hope the criminals both civilians and officer ones are taken off the streets one way or another. but this video i didnt see anything wrong with it the officer handled it well in my opinion.

Just seeing not knowing the facts, I think the Officer was WELL in his rights. First off you don't break away froma officer like that, also it's broad daylight on a busy freeway..where is the cruelty ?

@177xover I'm sure you're panties are all wound up, but try using your brain a bit. What kind of a person breaks away from a police officers control hold, squares up with him, then turns and walks toward the passenger side of his vehicle? Do you know what he is going for? A knife? A gun? A bomb? You saw the same video I did. What was the officer supposed to do? Let the guy get a potentially deadly weapon? "Not all is what it seems" I suppose if the truth be told this driver simply flagged down this officer to bring to his attention a " Gore Violation " which was in view of this CHP officer. I Believe we all have the right to question authority as did this driver. This looks to me like a clear Assault on and unarmed man shot in the back from this CHP officer!!!!!!!!!!! The Driver was never arrested!!!!!!!!!!!! or Booked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
