Goldstein was the brains behind the video. The COD guys had to convince the CO of the Ship that no one would get killed doing it. When the door is down-the COD can only fly about 165 knots, which was pretty slow for a Tomcat or Corsair. I am in one of the E-2's in this video. Glad to see someone posted it-my copy was on Beta and is lost to me now.

"Jollyrogerdoc" musta been a "diamondbackdoc" then. These vids were made for a VF-102 "Familygram."
I was an AC2 in Strike Ops, writing the Air Plan then.

@spartanfoto Hi spartanfoto- I worked with Lt. Goldstein in the tv studio (WAMR) during this time period. I remember him and these videos very well. Thanks for giving him the credit.
