Welcome to another Toradex video tutorial. In this episode we demonstrate the steps involved in powering up our Robin Nano COM Express™ embedded computer module, which is based on the Intel Atom x86 processor. Toradex currently offers two different modules, the Robin Z510 & Z530 running at 1.1GHz and 1.6GHz respectively.
In this tutorial we show how easy it is to get the Robin modules up and running using our own Toradex Daisy carrier board. We also take you through the steps involved in transferring Windows Embedded Standard onto the Robin module's onboard Solid State Disk (SSD - up to 4GB), allowing you to boot Windows directly from the SSD on start-up.
The Robin modules are no larger than a credit card in size and offer a high performance, low power solution to your embedded needs. For more information on Toradex products, please visit our website www.toradex.com.
