The resort is located on the west coast of Barbados, also known as the island's gold coast. It is 30 minutes from the capital of Bridgetown and 45 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport.

Set on 32 acres of Barbados' Platinum coast, this former sugar plantation epitomizes everything that is Caribbean. Lush tropical foliage, with an old sugar mill, stretching over one mile of powdery white sand beach. Located in St. Peter, Barbados, the resort is an all-inclusive playground like no other for adults and children alike. Fully air-conditioned, it offers an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a café, a bar, a disco, a games room, a restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access (charges apply) and room service. Guys!!! I have an importNt and sad thing to say! So plz plz plz listen! You see, I have been coming to Almond Beach Village ever since I was 5 months old and this is like my second home. Now the worst bit of all is that they are gonna rebuild the whole thing and apparently they will be making it smaller and some of it might be apartments!! They might knock down the tennis courts and Block 7!!!!!! I had always stayed in block 7. They are doing it because they saw some of the reviews were bad! An
