  • Elliot you really are a an inspiration! You truly have a passion for helping people.

    Live strong bro!

  • @heaneyboxing - thanks!

  • Some solid information, but I feel like he's yelling at me lol

  • @newbiex2 - Ya, I talk loud and am pretty aggressive. This offends some people.

  • great information as always. What tips could you give for tall guys doing deadlifts? I'm 6 ft. 4 and I'm sure you've probably seen tall guys starting out doing deadlifts and they arch their back when pulling the weight up. Also, do deadlifts target mostly the legs (quads and hamstrings) or the lower back?

  • @jreily88 - Pull off of blocks or out of a rack (I like blocks better).

  • You look and talk like Phil Heath. Nice videos, thanks a lot!

  • can you substitute dumbell press instead of bench press?

  • @tomlennon1000 if you have a flu or some kind of illness you should not train until you've recovered. Weight lifitng (especially high resistance) pretty much screws up your immune system.

  • love the vids man keep em coming, one question, when ur unwell with flu or chest infection how do u keep training cos i feel weak as kitten and my strength seem to go almost to the point that 70% of my max is impossible to move, dead lift, squat, bench and other lifts. any tips on how to hold onto ur strength regarding sets reps and nutrition. trying to keep the heavy workouts going is impossible. cheers

  • @MattApril aware

  • @chargoisk I agree. I've heard some shit cracking in there somewhere when I used to do these. They can't do anything that shrugs and deadlifts can't do.

  • @MattApril sarcasm?

  • Got some beer kegs back there? i hear keg stands are good for upper body mass!

  • Hey Elliot, where is your camp located?
