¿Has visitado Burkina?

  • With masquerades dancing and performing magic to a multitude of rhythms and songs.

  • Looking at those children sitting/crouching at the foot of the grown ups reminds me of my childhood days in Ijede, Lagos State, Nigeria, during traditional festivals with mash

  • damn theres like 9 different rhythms going on. Try writing this on Sibelius

  • I am not from burkina Fasso im from cameroon but have taken a key interest in African cultures. can someone tell me the meaning of this dance/what it signifies.

  • wow, how pleasing to see that there are traditions still upheld in this world and respected. like i said in another of their videos, this is the way we should all be living in this world, among each other, learning from elders that actually protect and possess wisdom, and forsaking the all too adapted ego. very nice and refreshing.

    much respect and thanks
