I bought the N97 too. My version is made in Finland, but could be China too, i think its the same. About the cover, Is NOT included in my box! neither the guitar rock tour book... really strange, Nokia es changing de packaging depending on the Region??? :S

Its black must be the camera showing it like that, N97 only ever came out in black and white.

i didnt got a chase for my n97and i didnt got the book with guitar rock tour and on my n97's protection i didnt had the ovi thing. strange cuz i bought it directly for nokia
