That's really hard, I rescued a 3 year old palomino paint mare from slaughter in august and we were her 6th owners, same situation. But one of them really cared about her, she has amazing ground work, and then someone else got her and abused her with spurs so i had to completely retrain her. and when we got her, her feet were curled up they were so long. :( i hope to get a vid of her up this week so check back :P

Normally, I don't like appaloosas, but your horse is really pretty!

prettycoolgrl. Sadly, Boo isn't my mare. Sadder still, since getting the video of her, she has been sold, and re-sold. She's five, only greenbroke, and nobody understands her personality.

ya that is the same with my horse...it is hard. I have been riding him 2 1/2 years and we are starting to come together and understand eachother(no one really undertands me either...sometimes I really dont even nderstand myself)

MissyDoll35543 - Understanding between horse and owner takes all forms. A mustang that my sister and I shared many years ago was a real character. If we pretended to yawn, Snip would study us real hard, and then he would yawn. It was a hoot!
