The Vietnam War: something America got involved with allegedly "to stop the spread of communism." Their entering this war only added more bloodshed for all concerned. No disrespect to the US and Australian troops involved, but it shouldn't have been any of our business. And how did their countries treat these shellshocked veterans? By spitting on them, ignoring them and ostracising them! America should have learned by now that stealth and subtlety will beat bombardment any day to take a target.

the same thing US did in second world war - "Came to help" against the nazis but in reality the nazis were already loosing the war when the yanks decided to invlolve into that "small" conflict because they knew that USSR would take over the europe after they beat the germany. So the Soviets didnt won the germans because US helped, it would do it anyways.

Cool stuff, man. I love all the bombs falling out, and falling out, and falling out some more at 1:00. No wonder we dropped 4X as many tons of explosives during the Vietnam War than were dropped during WWII! Good thing they mostly landed on nothing but jungle.

There are still Viet Cong in Viet Nam? I did not know that. I thought they left after the USA left Viet Nam in 1975.
