@khav11 You're back to being a fucking idiot again. Neil and Chara are friends, and while Neil beat Belak, Lucic PUMMELED Neil to a bloody pulp. and Lucic is only the 3rd toughest Bruin.

People with a low center of gravity like Neil, always try and pull Chara down because they can't stand up and trade punches with him.

But keep being delusional. Nobody has beaten Chara since 2002. Wake me when someone does.

@khav11 That's fair enough. I'd agree that Scott and Boogaard (before he passed) would be the 2 guys that had the size to hang with Chara. Watching other people try is amusing. When he get's mad, which isn't very often, he just manhandles people.

@khav11 LOL There's not a guy in the NHL who'd beat Chara in a 10 fight series. Someone may get lucky because Chara doesn't have the best balance, but he's in better shape than anyone in the league. His dad was an Olympic wrestler & an angry Big Z could end someone's career. Chara is too strong for Scott. I saw Steve MacIntyre practice with the B's a couple of years ago when he played for the baby Bruins, & Chara annihilated him and just slammed him down to the ice. Scott hasn't fought anyone.

@khav11 Lindros is 1 of the most underrated fighters of all-time. He doesn't get the credit because he only had 59 career fights, and most of his opponents were half his size but he certainly wouldn't murder Gillies. Nobody in the history of the NHL, including Probert, would murder Clark. Gillies would definitely lose the majority of the time to either Brown, Probert, & maybe Lindros too, but he certainly wouldn't get killed. Murdered is what would happen if you put Henrik Sedin against Chara.

eric lindros beat gillies in stats and would have murdered gillies in a fight! but they played in total different time. although gillies retirement is only 4 years before lindros draft or so

@khav11 Gillies only dressed for 25 games in 87-88 & then hung up the skates. And while I rank Brown 2nd all-time, Gillies is top 10, and on any given day, top 10 fighters can beat one another. What seperates the two men, is Gillies has 4 stanley cup rings and played in the finals 5 times, and actually led the Isles in playoff scoring one of the years they made it to the finals. Gillies also scored more goals his first 2 years than Brown had in his career. Gillies is a Hall of Famer, not Brown.
