Boris Johnson has done NOTHING with all his wealthy friends & contacts in the square mile of the City of London (one of the richest places in the WORLD)to get ONE SINGLE official cycle lane there. Power means that the money from drivers tax is seen as more important, than space saving , greener, cyclists,
His Boris Bikes are Barclays backed for one reason...he likes all the B's - goes with Boris. Also the blue colour is his own Tory blue. Not ONE NEW lane has been created just painted.

Hi, so when I return bike after 30 minutes and I want another one to make sure I ride for free - do I have to pay another £1 for hiring second bike?
