good ideas but the game felt rushed like the publishers wanted the game out quick
-
Had good graphics but the gameplay was horrible.
-
I liked the music but it was tedious at times and not fun to play.
-
hey great review im playing through the game now. i recently found it for $1 lol
-
the coolest part is the beginning being in the apartment and meeting all the wondering people, then half way through that part, the rest of the game kinda sucked except the driving part when the buildings are falling.those two made me actually feel like i was in a movie
-
the only thing about this game that killed it for me was that stupid chorus music that kicks in. i thought it seemed out of place and kind of ruined the experience. overall i think its still a good game. i have it on pc but i still look forward to trying out the enhanced ps3 version.

Same as Alone in the Dark number 1 but awesomer and that one part that looks like 2012!!!!
-
2/5?! That's not much!!!! I say 4/5!
-
@grineti5 look, if you're gonna get any version of this game, pick the PS3 version, not any other, because the PS3 version is the fixed one, since it fixed a lot of shit screwed up in other versions, trust me, the Inferno edition

@grineti5 yea if you find it cheap give it a go i got my copy for free and i enjoyed it for something free. its a mixed bag
Many people are saying that this new game Alan Wake is like Alone in the Dark, but I think that isn't true at all. Just because Alan Wake is about a guy that has to fight the darkness with his flashlight doesn't mean that it has something to do with Alone in the Dark.

I agree, but if you watch some of the E3 footage of Alan Wake it has some similarities I think, although it definitely has a different style of storytelling. Also, Alan Wake is by Remedy, who have yet to make a bad game, so I've got some faith in it.
