Holy crap. I know it's cheese, but it's one of the greatest scenes in the movies. It's always the guy to who doesn't get it that is the one who moves all.

one of the best sports scenes of all time.
debatable for sure.
But probably the most visually stunning and beautiful scenes in sports movies.
Amazingly Robert Redford looks like a real baseball player. I read he played some baseball on a serious level.
I hate sports movies where its obvious the actor had no athletic ability and they do those cut away scenes.
this is awesome. theres something special about baseball movies when done right.
