If my memory serves right, this commercial actually preceded their great first album. It was a very memorable spot and probably helped them. They sold a lot of records for a few years.

@swise63 that's cool! I bet it was an awesome show! I sure love the Del Fuegos and I would really love to see them do a reunion tour and come to LA! There are so many of us who love the Del Fuegos and as a matter of fact everyone I know love the Del Fuegos!

@Helena92345 Unfortunately, no tour or anything like that. They only played 2 reunion shows here in Boston, to support RightTurn, a substance abuse counseling organization run by Woody Giessman.....

@swise63 wow, no I did not! I have been vacationing in Alaska since May 26th and won't return home until July 9th! Where was there show and do you know if they will be playing in the Los Angeles area?

unfortunately this killed their career doing a beer commercial, was seen as a SELL OUT in the 80s, now every hipster lets their songs be in commercials
