this quickly looks so fake. because Samsung hasn't launched any updates for S II to ICS 4.0 until and unless you don't flash your phone with a customer ROM and kiss your warranty goodbye. I have a Galaxy S II myself which i have flashed to run ICS with help from CyanogenMod.
