Bullshit, The poles were chrushed in a mather of days, such as the Yougoslavs and Greeks.

I didn't say that. But for sure Americans didn't fight the hardest! 1/3 of our soldiers had no clothes or weapons. They fought with the ones taken from the enemy. Most of our casualties in WW2 were from frostbites, as we didn't have proper clothes. Germans were the best fighters, because of training, discipline and equipment. Poles, Yougoslavs and Greeks lacked these.

Too much Holywood. The real fighters of WW2 were the Poles, Yugoslavs and Greeks. Military superiority was/is based on technology, weapons and number of soldiers. Germans and Japs were tough disciplined fighters, but couldn't match US technology and USSR soldiers. Greece was the only nation that its soldiers were not taken prisoners, and the officers were allowed to keep their swords. It took the Germans most days to occupy than any other nation, and were outnumbered and outgunned.
