I love this band. The Bass player looks like a physics teacher ! Amazing stuff sequencing, appegios mixing into the beat in a complex thread like a woven cloth, a pattern and a flavour.

I BET that more than one member of this band understands fourier transforms.

I remember dancing to this in the Royal Court, Liverpool watching these live way back in 80-81!! Still awesome today.

Love it! Love it! I loved this song when I was 12, it had such an impact on me. I still love the sound of early synthesizers to this day, nothing else beats it!!

Proper bands with a new sound , apart from Queen all that 70's stuff sounded the same and was shit , the 80's was for me a bad decade but the the music 80-84 ,

is still being copied today ,and mucically the best decade ever cheers to OMD and all the guys and gals.

@dazzerman I don´t think they are underrated when they broke out everybody acclaimed them as one of the most innovative bands in the moment and they got a huge success all over the world, i do not agree that they were underrated, otherwise they deserved the success they have, don´t you remember 81'??? everybody talked about them. Underrated could be chameleons, the sound, snake corps for instance.
