I'm not saying that the guy's not an asshole, but this clip is taken out of context. He was describing the fact that countries around the world that once had power and control over their populations are having a harder time controling them now a days. He was also refering to the industrial mechanization of war and how it has been engineered to be efficient and cost affective to kill then to control. He wasn't condoning it.... though "behind the scenes he probably does."
